IRS refunded $12 million to dead people...

Yep I have always felt that flat tax was the best way to go. I have had that thought for over 40 years.. It is clean and no one can complain when everyone Corps. and rich included have to pay the same. I have no problem with that but then again who am I other than one of the guys that pays and then pays again?
