Are these states giving more to the federal Gov't or getting more.  Are they welfare states??`

It is run so well that no one wants to live there.  There are more people in my tiny county than the whole state.

I am guessing that this weed was full of seeds.  The mice are smarter that you think they love to eat seeds.  They crack them open and eat the insides.

You all missed the point.  We all need to be responsible drivers regardless of what substances you put in your body.  It is all about personal resposibilities.

Math does not support your position. About 10-15% of the populations smokes marijuana and about 1.3% of the population have addiction issues with hard drugs.
