The damage in New Orleans was because the Federal Levee system failed. The Army Corps of Engineers made a mistake, the levees were supposed to be at 14 foot but were only 12 foot high, Millions on protection spend only to be undermined by a corruptly inept Government Agency.

$4 gas? How to cut what you pay

Ethanol IS A BIG SCAM .It ruins your engine, especially marine engines .I just bought a 2012 Elantra and I get 15% better mileage with pure gas that with   Ethanol, there is no saving by putting veggie alcohol in your motor just larger repair bills and worst gas mileage.
