I agree with Ivana.  The crew should have tried to quiet the unruly kids and, if not, throw the parents off the plane with their kids.  Flights are too long and the space too small to have to put up with loud children.

As far as fast food is concerned, its a shame that we cant get rid of Hardees.  They are staffed  by ignorant, non caring, tattoed grunts.  The only reason I go into the store is to use the facilities.
