The person who accessed his confidential medical file should be equally smeared, interrogated, expelled, fired, and hung out to dry. Absolutely unacceptable.  IT should be a federal offense.

This is not a victory for unions.  Those workers shot themselves in the foot.  Now their out of a job.  Short sightedness on the part of the workers and their union bosses who seem to twist their minds.  Nobody wins here.
