Electric cars are nothing new and rationalizing that the short distances per charge are acceptable is unacceptable, to say the least. The Tesla is not a car, it is an experiment in old technology that will continue to fail due to short battery life. Batteries continue to disapppoint decade after decade.

The Fiat 500 is made in Mexico with cheap labor. It's really an Mexican import, not an Italian import. The 2011 models did not come with a spare.
