Partially correct djwdub. When Pacific Sales was purchased by Best Buy in 2006, they decided to keep the brand and company intact as a separate entity. Therefore there would be separate management and a sublease arrangement.

Neither of these comments address the thesis. Is the stock priced so low because there are greater future liabilities than income? Is the business shrinking? Or can it be attributed simply to the mistrust and bad will expressed in the comments?

Beyond my imagination that anyone thought this was / is a viable company.
