This is a common treatment at Delta.   Customers are let alone an American real hero are just a pain in their butts.   Most Delta's crews are okay but manny are very arrogant and take their job as an opportunity to treat people badly.

The way I see it , the government wants those of us that can and will work to continue to work till we drop at the desk to pay for those that are able to work but don't want to work.   Also known as " Redistributing  the wealth"  .  Obama ,Harry and Nancy read Robin Hood to many times.
