Not good in Portland. There are too many that live there that are so scared to death of guns that they're not willing to learn about them. It's a waste to try to teach those who either don't want to know or don't care to.

I think anyone who was harmed by their stunt should sue...and sue for everything they can get. We have free speech in this country and they have the right to use it. Along with that right comes the obligation to bear the consequences for what you say.
It changes nothing to me. He was in control of the gun, and he chose not to use it. As mentioned in other places, it may not have been appropriate for him to use it, and in that case he was using his head. The rhetoric-spewers think that a person like this is the exception and not the rule...but the opposite is true.
