I'm fortunate to get SS and some pensions/ Oh Yeah I  spent 21 yrs in the Army  Reserves and get a Reserve pension along with a disability pension. For you who still work tell your congressman that thetSS payroll tax needs to be at least 6.2 % to prevent future shortcomings. For the rest of you quit pissing it all away...more

Mines working fine. Just got approved for an increase in my VA disability pension[ Vietnam Vet] $880 more / mo.  Will make allmost 1/2 of what a retired teacher or cop makes in retirement.
