Like garbage, once it's out there, it's available to anybody.

What if you already do most of that stuff?  I just work more hours.  I was expecting you to say eat less, drive less, stop buying crap you don't need, for God's sake stay out of convenience stores, bag lunches, sell junk you don't need on ebay or craig's list (which is full of people who want premium goods for free.)
