I think the concept is a good idea.  Anything that might reduce accidents is a good idea. I guess that it would be too much to ask that we as a society review the whole alcohol industry? I am not comfortable with the feeling that a terrorist act can affect the Stock Market.  To me, that is demonstration  that they have power and can impact our economy with their acts. As a country, is it our responsibility to guard ourselves from being manipulated by terrorist groups in any way shape or form.
