I disagree with the premise that business needs to be incentivized to re-invest in America. Guess what, if they invest in infrastructure those costs are tax-free under our current tax code. That's an incentive.

I ride dressage for WAY less than 100k per year. Where did that stupid number come from? I will agree that owning a horse isn't inexpensive, but it can be done, and done well, for MUCH less than this. AND I live somewhere having a horse is relatively expensive.

Wow, Mark_red, why shouldn't the kids pay tax on money they didn't save themselves? It's a net win for them, after all. Jeff saved money up, put it away, and generously left it to his children. He could have spent it, donated it to charity, or flushed it down the toilet.
