A few problems with thos article's numbers. The GOP WON the Hise in 2010, but too their seats in 2011 - AFTER the Credit Downgrade. Also, According to the Fed's numbers, GDP growth under Bush was 3.6% or better from 2003 - 2007. Their "chart" shows GDP growth at a high of 1.7%..

I'm better off - but IN SPITE OF Obama, not BECAUSE of him. As soon as I knew he was elected, I started circling my financial wagons to protect myself from him, and so far, it's working. I just don't think I could be better off after anither four years of him.
