If you ever use an ATM that is not your own bank, thus paying a fee, that's your own fault. This is great for customers of Chase like myself. If you want to use their ATMs, get a Chase account! Anyone complaining about this or accusing Chase of being dirty is just an idiot.
You forgot a couple of steps in there, including:
Allow warrantless wire taps on all of your citizenry (Patriot Act).
Allow indefinite detention of American citizens without right to trial (NDAA).

I for one would be more likely to get Prime if it was a low monthly fee as opposed to the flat $79, even if it ended up being more over the course of a year. Comparing that change to the one Netflix imposed seems a little ridiculous.
