Just got myself a house in the SE Phoenix area.  Hope prices continue to rise.  I was going to wait another year and save for a larger down payment but I saw prices going up every few weeks on new builds so I jumped in and bought.

I definately have someone else change it for me.  It isn't worth saving $10 to me which i can make in half the time actually working.  Some people like to get under cars and get dirty, others don't.  Blame my parents for passing their attitudes on to me.
