Whatever happened to reserving the right to refuse service? I live in Oregon and am horrified that this law exists. As a bi, I don't care if someone doesn't want to serve me or not. As has probably already been said: As a rule of thumb - and space - businesses usually can only cater to a certain demographic. I'd be surprised if it DID file. It's doing quite well! The store has been in existence, through many products and fashions (and many CEOs), since the 1890s. It faltered and "fell" in the 1970s, but was revived in the 1980s. It's now one of the largest, multi-billion dollar businesses still out there.
Most of the commentators are merely pointing out the bald fact that they can shop elsewhere - and intend to. They aren't out to change A&F's mind (although several would like them to), but rather to show the world that they'll shop where they CAN get their sizes.
