I'd be surprised if it DID file. It's doing quite well! The store has been in existence, through many products and fashions (and many CEOs), since the 1890s. It faltered and "fell" in the 1970s, but was revived in the 1980s. It's now one of the largest, multi-billion dollar businesses still out there.

Most of the commentators are merely pointing out the bald fact that they can shop elsewhere - and intend to. They aren't out to change A&F's mind (although several would like them to), but rather to show the world that they'll shop where they CAN get their sizes. Hate to break it to you, but golden retrievers AND labs are up there with other dogs who harm people. You seldom hear of them in that way, but they (and standard poodles) can be quite vicious.
