Shaming something truly worth shaming is OK.  Theft = Good,  Bedwetting = shame yourself.  Picture yourself with a sign saying "I am a bad parent.  I can't teach a child how to not pee in their sleep."  Then call a shrink for your child's depression.

Everyone one is forgetting corporate bonuses and stock holders.  Once you worship the machine, it eats you.  Everything goes to ____ when the only thing that matters is money.  Innovation and customers will always be second seat to greed.  There will be exceptions to this rule, but they are few and far between.
