So the "bad news has been fully discounted but no potential good news has been." So you'd prefer that the good news be discounted as well? Does proof-reading exist any more?
I'm a big fan of Jim Jubak's articles. However, it appears to me that the content of this one is largely taken from a Joe Leahy article in the Financial Times of Nov 6. That is fine, but proper attribution would be the order of the day.
