Just because a person has monies does not mean they should be punished harsher or for that matter be able to recoup what was lost just because it was a "white collar crime". You do the crime... pay the time, you invest your monies... you take a chance just like the rest of us.
Jon and Kate are just going thru normal marriage issues in most marriages. They have allowed the world to view their lives, if Kate and Jon were surprised by the media and vocal output they should have anticipated the fall out. NO SURPRISE and both are "mental" enough to have forsaw the future... DUH!
Its like watching a train wreck happen before your eyes. So sad when a human being is "lost". They both need to find what ever is inside themselves and begin to heal or continue to rot from the inside out, and outside in. I wish the best for both of them.
