Here is a study done by Cornell university(Ivy League school for the uneducated) that determines specifically that Blacks do tip less than their caucasian socio economic equal.   Let scientific research answer this question: Ok

I think most black customers with a white waiter or waitress act more racist than their white counterparts. From my experience,the black customer is much more needy and seems to enjoy exerting their supposed power on a whire waitress and then not tipping the acceptable per cent.   To me that is racism.

The sad part is the publicity of all these unfair shootings by policeman make the urban masses so much more restless,which puts a lot of good policeman at jeopardy they would not be in if all policeman used a little more restraint and common sense.

Absolutely the police are at fault. A mans home is his castle,I was alsways taught in America.
