I would fancy a guess that since girls reach the "reproductive age" at different times (even before 10 in some cases) than each other, they will see an ob/gyn who will officially determine that.

Pretty female who loves science +Geeky, nerdy males who love science and are socially awkward = Astonished males who will claim to their friends that they have a girlfriend on the internet.
Have you seen some of the female models in Japan recently? They are already massive in the chest region. Must be other things in their diets (added hormones??) that may be helping. Plus, going without a bra either equals pain from unsupported weight, or sagginess!

I can see maybe half of these things being available in less than 10 years because they have been R&D'ing them for 10 years or so already. But there are others that won't be perfected until maybe 15+ years.
