I think Mr. Ricks handled it very professionally. He calmly stated his point and made the FOX News Man nervous. He brought up a valid point people pick and chose the issues.

If these states that want to secede get their wish do they actually think that it will be possible for them to stand alone? I think that none of these states have a back up plan, they only want to run away. If they all did secede will they try to join forces and form a new government? i think it would fail most likely.

You are right on point, I said this back in 2008 to my wife and friends. I think it would be better to either work with the people trying to recover and have someone take care of the house. If not that then sell it discounted as an empty house tends to fall into disrepair.
