Customer service hall of shame 2010 - MS...

Comcast is an absolute disgrace on customer service. I am a 100% DirecTV customer and am 100% happy. The only thing I had to give up in dumping Comcast is access to very detailed local weather onfo, and, by living in Southwest Florida that's, a lot.
