Like myself he is a white male and my experience has been that we have replaced all other minorites in America as the most discriminated against when it comes to getting jobs or promotions.   I have had occasions where I was refused a referral by a state employment agency on the basis that they were to refer only women...more

The Constitution says that everyone should be treated equal, but when constitutional amendments granting special groups special considerations it overrides the true meaning of the constitution.  The fact that most immigrants today are of color entitles them to special treatment even if they are illegal.  As a white mal...more
