When to take SS has mostly to do with needed monthly/annual income to sustain a respectable lifestyle. At 62 that means less per month, increasing to age 70. Do not forget that dried distillers grain is an excellent feed. If people want to stop ethanol production, then people should also stop bourbon production. And beer destroys the nutritional value of barley as well.
