Best response is no response at all.  They are worthless and insignificant in my opinion.  The less media attention and the more we as a society ignore them, the less their impact will become.

Our prayers go out to you who have lost your children.  I can not imagine the pain.  I also pray that the remaining missing children and adults are found alive and are able to be reunited with thier loved ones.

THAT POOR CAT!  First off, if I lived in Philly, I would adopt him after he recovered.  Those little eyes made me cry.  I hope he will find an exemplary home!  Secondly, (and I'm not an "eye for an eye" person) they should cause burns to the sick person who did this!

I understand this all too well.  I lost a good job to downsizing.  I was unemployeed for over a year.  Savings is wiped out and lost my home.  I found a part time job which basically covers very little.  So, I fully understand why the rate is so high.  Sadly, it will probably increase before it gets better.
