I have a friend who lives in sunny Southern California. He installed solar panels on his house and he accumulated so much "electricity" that Southern California Edison often purchases some of the energy from him. He said at least it helps cover his gas and grocery bills.

All I can say is....actors and politics don't mix too well. I do hope he meant control in copyright piracy, product safety, and food safety.
