liz's information is outdated and ridiculous...compare 3 lenders and pick one is good advice...but a processing fee helps pay a processor who works hard on your loan to get it done...every bit of paperwork the buyer submits has to be verified as correct.  including tax returns, pay stubs, w-2s, etc etc....believe it or...more
