I tip for good service. It's a gratuity NOT a manditory obligation. If the service is poor, then no, I refuse to give my hard earned money away to anyone who isn't willing to work hard for it themselves.

I can't afford the gas to drive 6 miles to work. I can't afford to drive the kids to school (so they don't go unless I have enough gas to take them... there is no public transportation or school busing here.).
