Actually yes, Germany did declare war on the U. S., it was part of the Axis treaty. My question is: Who would you charge for Korea, Viet Nam, or Iraq? No one actually won or lost any of these wars, we just finally found a way to leave without loosing to much "face".
Odds are the same will happen in Afghanistan.
I believe that people have their cause and effect reversed.
I don't believe violent games, tv, or movies cause people to turn to violence, but I do believe people with a tendency toward violence turn to violent games, tv, and movies.
The pre-disposition toward violence is the cause, not the media being watched...more
Actually Anthony Anthony, it would be the restaurant manager who would be in for the surprise. I look for the tip sign when I enter a restaurant and if there is an automatic tip I leave!
If I fail to see the sign I will protest if the service is poor. If I do end up paying an automatic tip, that restaurant will ...more

There are a lot of drivers on the road that really should not have a license; whether because of age, disability, or just poor judgment and lack of attention. This number will only go up as the baby boom generation retires. Also the trucking industry really should be pushing for this as the number of qualified drivers...more
All that would accomplish would be to make tobacco an underground product trafficed by the drug cartels. Doesn't anyone remember or heard about the roaring 20's and prohibition.
They couldn't make alcohol illegal without gangs taking over, look at the useless war on drugs.
Legislating morality just does not work!!!
