@Chilee because I no longer act on it that is how. I still see myself as fat but that is my issue to deal with in therapy. Regardless, I am happy and all of my check-ups come back healthy.

I Agree with you Sir. I am a size 4 and I am perfectly happy and healthy. And before people start using that having kids and work and blah blah excuse, I have had a kid and work 6 days a week but still manage. Not an excuse in my opinion.
