Agreed! And SOME big banks require 2 forms of ID, after examining like you were a terrorist... That is why small community banks are the way to go! Great personalized customer service, free accounts, and many other great things! I love working at a place like that.

That is soo true! It can get super expensive, but if your significant other requires so much high cost maintenance that says something too.  Its a pretty good idea to cut them off once a while and see if they are just there for the "presents".
