I live in a State that taxes Social Security,There is 14 states that do this.Why is this? I pay Federal on SS.

Can Massachusetts get lenders to behave?

countrywide took me to the cleaners in 2005.  seller wanted 167.500 appraisal was 168.000 . Then broker told me 1hr before closing my PMI went from 139 to 358mo. for 12 years. paid 22,000 in pmi from 2005 till 2010. have new loan now on 15years with pmi 34.00 mo. i did not think i would ever get out of the excessive pm...more
