If you get past the Cascade mountain range - 2/3rd's of the state of Washington is sunny and dry most of the year.  Stop lumping the whole state into the typical view of rainy Seattle.  (even Seattle is not rainy all the time).

That's just great advice.  Just what we need when we are out of a job.  Go and pile on more debt with a HELOC.  This guy must work for the federal government.
