With all of Mercedes "superior" technology, why do they ignore fuel efficiency?  A well built car that has extreme performance and uncompromised luxury should not be exclusive.

How does scraping existing good running cars lessen the carbon footprint.  Does it not take energy and raw materials to built the new and slightly more efficient machines?  To me, common sense says the natural expiration of existing equipment and replacement with best existing technologies is the reasonable solution.  ...more
