carrie, if you are concerned about your family, you shouldn't let your husband drive drunk.  we are concerned about our family too.  tell your husband not to drink and drive.

there has got to be real story to this mess.  why would the judge allow these greedy daughter and son in- law to remove the old man out of his own home?  not that am giving this woman an excuse.
