Do in part that they spend money on a 5 or even 10 year plan with the assumption that the money will be there. I can so remember when a budget was for 1 - 4 years. Now they are at 5, 10 and 15 years. No way to be profitable if you are spending money you don't have yet.

The biggest looser 2 ! no actually there is one main problem. After you are vested you can buy back your military time. So if you did four or five plus years in the military not only can you get a 10% preference on your application you can buy back that 4 years for pennies on the dollar towards your postal retirement. ...more
