kidtrick, you make an excellent point.  I've always liked Mary Louise Parker.  I cannot believe that she's 47 years old!  She looks amazing and it doesn't look like she has had any work done.  I need to try and duplicate her diet.

I am a recruiter with 16 years experience and I completely agree that employers shouldn't check credit.  There are too many situations that  can cause bad credit that aren't a reflection of the prospective employee's integrity or ability to perform.  It kills me when someone's offer is rescinded for this reason.

Hmmmm...you mean that the soaps aren't being cancelled and this is for publicity--getting people to show loyalty to the shows and allowing Hoover to swoop in and be the hero that saves the soaps?   I think what you say has some merit.  It seems odd to me that Hoover's message seems impulsive.
