We all became ING customers because we were willing to go through the effort of changing. Setting up bill-pay, automatic drafts, linking the new account to Paypal, Mint, etc. all was a pain in the butt.  I think Capital one should remember that we are that type of customer and will do it again if they mess this up.  Mo...more
