When is GM going to stop with the science fair projects?  Make a smaller, high quality car that doesnt feel cheap.  Make it affordable to buy and to operate.  How hard is that to understand??  What other impractical projects are you spending my money on?

If he's that good, he doesn't need this $100M bonus.  Let him find another job in the same U.S. economy.  From a U.S. citizen's point of view, he'll still be good for the overall economic well-being of this country and can show it by demonstrating his skill in the same revised conditions the rest of us deal with.
