I am hearing that it's a possibility that weather patterns are being controled and that Wall St. makes money on the plight of others in this area. Have any of you hears anything about this and do you believe it could be true?

I read this article with a knot in my stomach and a very helpless feeling. When the big crash comes it's going to be bad. What can we do about it?
