i had a debt collector call me saying I owed a bill on a apartment lease that i left them with. ONE, I moved out because I got transfered. That was OKin the lease. all the countries mentioned in the article have huge Nanny states....they have raised taxes that most people try to move away from them. they have no or little re-investment into their economies.
