as far as warranty goes, how can we gaurantee labor on a product,( water heater, faucets, toilets etc. that somebody else made, the marginal markup a plumber gets is for aquisition and handling not inventing or making the product
it takes three years of apprenticeship in oklahoma to get a journeymans license, another two years after that to get a contractors license, so the average consumer doesn't understand what you're talking about without that back ground knowledge, a good plumber ask these questions himself, this article is somewhat insult...more
