No this was a one time occurrence. There is no way anyone could suffer damages of a million dollars, over a one time occurrence. Maybe an apology from Wallmart.but not a million. The Plaintiff is looking for a big Payday.
Corporations treat Taxes as a cost of doing business and then pass it on to the consumers in the cost of it's goods and services. The State that I live in has a Sales Tax of 9.5% Plus Cain's 9% I am looking at a 27.5% Sales Tax for every One Dollar I spend. Then you add a State Income tax to it that would be devastat...more
The use of a Debit Card avoids the manual transaction of processing written checks & the use of tellers which saves BOA labor costs. Paying for the use of my own money is morally wrong when they loan it out and make more money off of it.
