No Libra Girl, just because someone is larger doesn't mean it isn't fair.  If the combined weight of me and my bag is 200 pounds, and I get charged an extra $50 because my bag is overweight, but someone whose combined weight is 300+ lbs doesn't have to pay any extra fees.  You think that is fair?

Why don't the tenants of this landlord go to these auctions and bid against him?  They certainly shouldn't be paying rent and they should probably sue the landlord.  I wouldn't be too happy if I was living in one of those buildings.  I may just have to take a trip to detroit to drive up some of the bidding
