I know many women that come close to that figure..  They can't afford it but they are buying all this department store makeup and creams and then they get their hair dyed every few months and their nails done 2x a month and their pedicures and all that nonsense.

I think I spent the least because I rarely wear makeup or creams or moisturizer, etc...  unless I am going to some special event.  Soap and Water and sunscreen...  That's it for my normal routine.  And yes... I do mean soap and water...  Dial Soap to be exact...the same bar of soap we use on our body.
