Many people lose their jobs every day, for less reason than this. I think if she is this immature, her employer should consider replacing her with an older, more mature person.....perhaps they should consider a war vet for her job position.

There are no standards for substitute teachers. I know a person who works as a sub, and she cannot write or spell on a sixth grade level. Why is she allowed to sub in schools????
