Verizon has to address their policies - There is so much outsourcing of their subcontracts they have no way to address realistic customer concerns or reward loyalty. Without transparency there is no need for change.    Greed/self gratification  is rampant and healthy on wall street. Be prepared for for more catastrophe in the next 6 months
